Figure modeled after H.R. giger's baphomet of the nocronomicon book (its not a replica or accurated model, just for practicing), made in cold porcelain...

Given 2009-11-03

Baphomet by ~Fabreeze is a very accurate replication of the original artwork sketched by H. R. Giger, looking at the piece I get the same sensation of a cold semi organic, semi metalic creation. However, as with the original piece, it is the eyes that un-nerve me the most, almost as though they stare right through me. (Featured by ^Thebuild)

Oh, now that is ultra cool! You can see from my avatar that I really love Giger and the Necronomicon book is so amazing to go through and check out some really visceral art! This really captures the essence of his work nicely and boy would I love to have one of these to add to my collection of odds and ends! Superb work on this beauty!

Nice work.

Although I personally don't believe the real Baphomet looked anything like the popular goat headed figure, it's still an interesting image

yeah i think so too, i did some research and find out that baphomet didnt have nothing to do with
that goat... thanks a lot!

I haven't heard of his name being mentioned before the Templar Knights were tortured. I've heard somewhere that he was supposedly a cat with 3 heads or something similar.
